Q. What is the Balley Direct Affiliate Program?
A. The Balley Direct Affiliate Program is a way for you to earn commissions by introducing your customers to Balley Direct. The Balley Direct Affiliate Program compensates Affiliates $10 CAD per sale. In addition, Balley Direct offers a 90 return days policy. You get credit for visitors who come back to Balley Direct within 90 days of clicking through from one of your links.

A. Absolutely. Because you understand your customers and their needs, you are in the best position to decide the placement of the Balley Directs links. Of course, optimizing the location of the links will increase your chances for click-throughs and sales — resulting in more commissions for you.

Q. How many Balley Directs links can I use on my site?
A. Use as many as you like. Place Balley Directs banners, logos or links in different locations throughout your site. Sometimes a text link in conjunction with a banner ad will increase the click-through rate.

Q. How often can I get new banners?
A. Balley Directs’s design team offers new selections of artwork on a regular basis. You can select banners and links through your MyReferer account. Soon, you will have the option of allowing your banners on your site to change automatically — an easy way to ensure a fresh look. We’ll let you know when this option becomes available.

Q. Who do I contact if I have technical problems with the banners and text links?
A. Balley Directs maintains a strict quality control process for the Affiliates program in order to minimize such problems. However, due to the complexity of the tracking system, technical difficulties may arise for some Affiliates. Q. What is MyReferer?
A. Balley Direct has teamed with MyReferer, a leader in third-party Affiliate marketing programs. Once you sign up for our program, you’ll be taken to MyReferer ’s site where you’ll create your own personal and secure account. Here you can log in at any time to get our banners and links, find out about commissions earned and even learn about how many impressions each of your links has received.

Q. What types of sales and revenue reports does MyReferer provide?
A. Among the greatest benefits MyReferer provides for Affiliates is comprehensive reporting. Affiliates can use their reports to do a quick check on how much money they are earning, and to figure out what’s working and what isn’t.



Commissions and Tracking Reports

Q. How much money can I earn as a Balley Direct Affiliate?
A. There is no limit to what you can earn. For example, Acne Complex Introductory kits start at $29.95. The commission you earn is $10 on every kit sold (prices in Canadian dollars).

Q. How often do I get paid?
A. Commissions are sent out every month via check to all Affiliates who have accumulated at least $50 in commissions. If you do not meet the $50 threshold in a given month, your commissions will roll to the next month until you meet the $50 threshold.

Q. Can I change my shipping frequency?
A. Yes. To change your shipping frequency, simply call our Customer Service or email us your request. Choose the most suitable frequency for you: 60 days, 90 days or 120 days. This will be the time between deliveries of your selected regimen.
You can also set up the frequency online, by going to the www.murad.ca website and log in, click My Account on the top menu bar, then go to “Club Membership” and check the “Change Shipment Frequency” box, then select your desired frequency.




Q.Can I delay the next shipment of my regimen?
A. Yes. If you still have products left from the previous shipment or wish to delay the next one you can phone our Customer Service department 1-877-772-2539 (Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm PST) or online by logging in to your account: click on the “My Account” tab on the top menu bar, then go to “Club Membership” , check the “Delay my next shipment” box then select the desired date.



Q. How do I change the contents of my regimen/customize my kit?
A. Simply call 1-877-772-2539 and talk to one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives to set up the most suited regimen for you.



Q. Can I change my regimen by switching to another one?
A. Yes. You can do that by calling us and letting us know about your new option by phone or you can go online to www.murad.ca and log in to your account, click “My Account” on the top menu bar, select “Club Membership” section and check the “Change Regimen Selection” box, then select the desired new regimen from the option list.



Q. How do I change my Address/Account information?
A. Go to the Murad Canada website www.murad.ca , login with your username and password, click “My Account “on the top menu of the page and then select “Update Account”. Change your address and click the “Update Information” button at the end of the form.

Q. When and where will my order arrive?
A. You will receive your order according to the shipping options you have selected during your ordering process (Regular/Express shipping)
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order on regular shipping. If you ordered Express Shipping you can expect to receive your package within 3-5 business days.
For all orders over $75 you get free Regular shipping. For all orders over $150, Express shipping is free.
We ship with Canada Post and your order will arrive at the address you provided in your account information and shipping information. Please make sure you mention your correct shipping address if this is different from the billing address.



Q. My Order didn’t arrive! How can I track the order?
A. If you selected regular shipping, your package will arrive up to 3 weeks after placing the order. If you selected Express Shipping your order will arrive in 3-5 business days.
If after this time you have not received your package, please call Customer Service 1-877-772-2539 (M-F 8:30am-4:30pm PST) and we can track your order.



Q. What is the Return policy?
A.A 60-day money back guarantee is offered on all Murad products except discontinued and discounted items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Note: You are responsible for any charges related to shipping. Before returning products please call Customer Service for instructions. For your protection we recommend you insure your returns. Q. Can I join the Club without ordering a Murad/AcneComplex regimen?
A. Joining the Club and membership are possible only by ordering one of the proposed Murad regimens (or your customized one). If you don’t like any of the regimens suggested by Murad, you can CREATE YOUR OWN REGIMEN with your favourite products, to be delivered to your door regularly, on a frequency YOU choose - 60, 90 or 120 days. With it, you can choose to order other products from the Murad Catalogue as well, at special Club Member prices.



Q. Can I Sign up to receive special offers by email even if I am not in the Healthy Skin Club?
A. Yes. Simply sign up on the www.murad.ca website. Signing up does not automatically include Club Membership. You will receive our special offers by email monthly, at the email address you’ve registered. A. To log in, go to www.murad.ca and use the Login link on the front page then type in your username (your email address) and your password. You will be redirected to the front page again and you can order or modify your account information. The system also prompts you to login when you’re ordering, before checkout.
